Major Care

Major Care was a virtual postpartum startup that blended the power of guided learning with HIPAA-compliant virtual doula and lactation care. I was employed on a contract basis as the Director of Content, Community, and Doula Services from 2020- 2023. In this role, I led all content strategy, copywriting, UX writing, social media strategy and execution (including design), email marketing, app content (including for My Fourth, the first-ever app to focus on postpartum parents) and more for Major Care. The company was acquired by Pacify in 2024.
